Projects!!!

new purse ☺

I have broken away from crocheting dishcloths and tried my hand at new and bigger projects. Last night I finished up my NEW purse!!! I am so excited! I love one of a kind purses so I made my last purse out of fabric (with NO pattern) and I adore it, but I have crammed so much into it the fabric is starting to wear in spots and it's not looking so well! So check out my new purse! It's smaller, and I probally won't be able to cram much in here but it'll do for now

This is my old purse
Before I tackled the purse project I had made a couple of mesh bags. They are perfect for carrying my music books or whatever I would need (to entertain myself) into the woods while my goaty's browse ☺

  1. Wow! Love! I can not crochet to save my life... I knit. I NEED two sticks not one! ha ha ha Those mesh bags are just darling!! I bought a great purse at the fiber fest... I have killed it perhaps also from stuffing it too much!

  2. Very cute!
Those mesh bags look like they might be pretty easy to whip up. Did you work from a pattern?

    1. Thanks! Yes, they were pretty fast, it takes three balls of Lily's Sugar n' Cream cotton yarn, I got the pattern off the label. Walmart has the best price on that stuff, just not a big variety of colors ☺

    1. Thanks, yes I got the pattern for the mesh bags off the yarn label ☺ And for my purse, I followed OVW on Youtube. She has a granny bottom bag that is bigger and really cute, I might try that one next!
